Today started with a lightening bolt of pain in both calf muscles as I stretched in bed. I had to jump out of bed like a Kokopelli flute player to dance around the room to relieve the spasm.
To make things even worse to start the day, Earline got up before me and locked herself out of the house for about 45 minutes. She is mad at me because she said she was knocking on the door and although I didn't hear her, I was negligent in not looking for her. Ahhhh....the beauty of married life.
Today we were going to go to the Jersey shore where Nick & Ellie have a condo but because of the recent hurricane, there are gale force winds blowing so we scrapped this idea until later in the week. Instead, we decided to visit the Iron Hill Brewery in Phoenixville, my hometown. We were joined by my best high school friend Denton before moving onward to the Victory Brewery in Downingtown, PA.
